GoCardless Direct Debit
Gocardless is the payment system used to set up the recurring payments. To set up a Woof Pack subscription you need to enter your sort code and account number into the Gocardless page which you reach after you’ve seen the summary of your Woof Pack.
You do not need to enter your bank account details every time you amend your subscription – your direct debit will be automatically updated with your new subscription details.

When will I receive my Woof Pack?
Your Woof Pack will be sent out first class within 1-2 working days after we’ve received your payment. You only need to set up your first payment and then it will automatically renew on the same date every month.
How much does The Woof Pack cost?
There are no packages so you choose how much to spend on your precious pooch. Delivery costs £2.49 whatever you choose.
Pick ’n’ mix the best treats, chews, and supplements most suitable for your dog’s likes, wants and needs. Choose exactly what you want – there are no rules or limitations!
What's risk free ordering?
It simply means that you can edit your order at any time during the month, pause or cancel your subscription at any time, without penalty. There are no strings attached. I believe that you should always have the flexibility to control your subscription.

Currently, The Woof Pack is only delivered within the UK.

Delivery only costs £2.49
How do you bill me?
All subscription plans are paid in full at the time of order, via GoCardless. Your plan will automatically renew so your pup never misses out on treats, chews, and supplements. You will be re-billed at the end of your cycle unless you decide to pause or cancel, which of course you can do at any time, without penalty.
How do I change my delivery info?
Just click login on the menu and go to ‘edit profile’ which is on the drop down menu under ‘Account’. When you log in you can edit your subscription, name, password and delivery information.
Will my subscription automatically renew?
Yep. Your service will renew on the same date each month unless you tell us otherwise. With the Risk-Free Ordering, you can pause or cancel your subscription at any time, without penalty.
